~ The Living Room & Loft ~

The kitchen flows into the living room with an open floor plan. The tongue and groove ceiling is most appreciated from this room. The ceiling is high making the room feel spacious during the snowy winter months.

The ceiling fan helps to circulate the heat from the woodstove. The main heating for the house is in-floor, radiant heat. The woodstove can be used as a back up or can be used to help take the chill out of the air.

This little woodstove puts out a lot of heat! (NOTE: Railing around the woodstove is not included in the price of the home.)

There is a view of the mountains from the larger living room window. The addition connects to the existing house in the Living Room corner. The Office and Master Bedroom are located down the hallway in the addition.

The Living Room leads to the Office and Master Bedroom.

The loft is a comfortable and cozy space making it a great place for a quiet retreat. There is additional storage on both sides of the loft following the roof line.

With multiple electrical outlets around the space and measuring 16' x 13'6", the loft would make a great office or library. A gate at the bottom of the stairs would keep wandering toddlers at bay.

A beautiful wooden railing surrounds the loft.

This space could also be converted easily to a bedroom or used as is as an additional livingroom. Moutains can be seen in the distance through this upper window.

The loft is located above the living room.

The living room is wired for both cable and DISH. The loft is wired for cable.
